About Russell Clements
Russell Clements was until his retirement in December 2012 CEO of the SThree Group. Russell joined shortly after the inception of the business & spent over 26 years with the company during which time it grew from four people in a single London office to 2,200 staff in 64 offices in 18 countries. SThree operates primarily in the IT, Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical & Banking sectors. He was appointed CEO in 2004 having previously been Deputy CEO for four years. In November 2005 he led the Group’s floatation on the main board of the London Stock Exchange.
Russell is both Non Executive Chairman of cube19 and a significant private investor in the business. He also Chairs the Oyster Partnership, a specialist recruitment consultancy for the Property sector. He is a former Chairman of the Association of Professional Staffing Companies (APSCo), has a Degree in Government from the University of Essex & is a graduate of the Advanced Management Programme at the Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania.
