1. Deep Dive Discovery
This is where you figure out the aspects of your target client that affect what kind of marketing message most effectively persuades them to take action.
- What are the goals or issues that really mean the most to them?
- What are the benefits and outcomes that are most meaningful for them. (That they most desire and are happiest to pay a lot for).
- What differentiates you in your clients eyes in a clear meaningful way.
- What do you need to do for the prospects to believe you?
Once you have completed a thorough deep dive discovery you can craft your marketing messages, offers and services around this in an impactful way
2. Rapid Engagement Message (REM)
When prospects discover you, whether through an ad, social media or via your website website you usually have about 5 seconds to convince them to stay. Your Rapid Engagement Message needs to show them why you are different from your competitors, whilst answering the following questions:
- What do you provide?
- Are you relevant?
- Are you worth and more of their valuable time?
- Do they want what you are offering?
- Is taking the next step worth the risk?
The rapid engagement message filters the relevant prospects to take the next step and either become an instant lead or filter further by more comprehensive engagement messages until they become a lead.
3. Needs Nurture Funnel
The next step in the process is to nurture your leads with ongoing value. We also build in what we call micro commitments such as surveys, quizzes, trackable buttons or links, that further reveal their intent. This process helps you:
- Increase know, like & trust factors
- Increase desire
- Build a solid relationship with your audience
- Qualifies their needs further
- Serve them better until they are ready to take action.
When you get this right you very quickly start to see the magic when the best prospects start knocking on your door ready and eager to be your client.
