Equally committed to helping businesses increase profitability and enhance quality, Miles has been instrumental in creating a legacy of continuous learning and improvement cultures in the numerous organisations for which he has worked.
Miles’ broad industry experience includes 16 years working with recruitment businesses. Eight of those he spent as a management and business consultant, with a further eight as executive director within a UK engineering/ manufacturing recruitment business, driving strategy and business growth.
Miles is CEO of Outsauce, one of the UK’s leading recruitment finance, accounting and umbrella solutions providers – which provides a range of financial and back-office support to recruiters and contractors. A non-executive director of The Recruitment Society, Miles is a member of several leading industry bodies, holding fellowships with the Institute of Directors and the Chartered Management Institute. He is also owner of Io Consulting (UK) Limited, a management and business consultancy specialising in business transformation.
